Sign up for earth hour

This Saturday 28th of March at 8.30pm, we have an enormous mission.
As a human being, we should support this activity vehemently.
What am I talking about? I am talking about the "Earth Hour".
Since we have only the Earth which is the only one planet to sustain most of the living things in the world, we must take a good care to him and don't even let him down.
However, human's activities such as open burning, deforestation, etc. have made the ecosystem becomes worse.

In conjunction with this event, I hope people can take this opportunity to express their caring to our Earth mother instead.

Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming.

Switching off the lights for 1 hour is the simplest act to vote for Earth.
As we know, this planet not only for us, it is also for our future generation.
If the thinning of the ozone layer continues to happen from time to time just because of our idiot act, selfishness uncontrolled development, our future generation will not be able to stay in a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the nature of the Earth.
The stronger UV lights exposed to them will make their skin texture become worse and furthermore will affect their health such as skin cancer.

Please treat our Earth as how we treat our lovers.

Let me highlight a case for you.
My classroom which is located in the 5th floor have 4 units of air conditioners.
Most of the time, we just switch on 2 of them instead of 4 units.
However, sometimes my classmates like to switch on all of them and make the room becomes freezing as in the fridge.
Although we don't stay in the class during our biology and chemistry periods, they like to switch them on and just let it be.
I really can't understand what is there in their mind.
Do they realize that this action is energy consuming?
Nobody is inside the room, why should we still on the air-cond?
As we all know, air-cond releases a lot of chloroflurocarbon (CFC) gases which is the main contributer to global warming.

For this moment, we should progress towards our 2020 vision which is only left 11 years from now.
We need to become a developed country but the phenomenon of air pollution should be in a reduced dose.
Therefore, from now onwards, please treat our Earth mother as your own mother, your lovers and your family to protect our Earth from sinking into a worse situation.
